2. Core Refund Terms

  • Users can claim a refund of their unused account balance at any time by closing their account.
  • Any unused bonus credits applied to their account balance will be deducted before calculating the refund amount.

3. What Counts as “Unused Balance”

“Unused balance” refers to funds you have deposited into your YoFlow.ai account that remain unspent. It does not include:

  • Promotional or bonus credits granted by YoFlow.ai
  • Charges already incurred for text-to-speech processing or related services
  • Amounts reserved for in-progress jobs or pending usage

4. Eligibility

  • Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or investigations.
  • We may require identity verification before processing a refund request.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund of your unused balance, please contact us and request account closure. Include your account email address and confirm that you wish to close your account.

6. Processing Timeframes

We aim to review and process eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days after we confirm account closure and validate your eligibility. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Method of Refund Delivery

  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used to fund your account.
  • If the original method is unavailable, we may offer an alternative method (e.g., bank transfer). We do not issue cash or cryptocurrency refunds.
  • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency when possible; exchange rate differences are not covered.

8. Fees and Deductions

YoFlow.ai does not charge an administrative fee for refunds of unused balance. However, non-refundable third‑party processing fees and network charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable. Bonus credits are not refundable and will be excluded from the refund amount.

9. Non-Refundable Items

  • Usage already consumed (e.g., text-to-speech processing performed)
  • Promotional or bonus credits
  • Amounts associated with fraudulent or abusive activity

10. Cancellations and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and interruption of services. Please contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
